sound lineage

 

that line of sight stretched to frailty and bowed

 

así aprenden    sobre los fantasmas    la línea ancestral

 

demarcating the fold of a sheet

 

 

I brag about my badly marked text

 

the mother will mark the photo

 

a letter mark

 

refractada entre pájaro y línea

 

 

oh Mother’s mop head is marred

 

into a surface for me to mark

 

lines, spaces, fragments

 

 

of the loom's long lines

 

with no lines to question
