         i am from          bone carved wound          rising oceans          oceanic depths

 

                          indigenous as bark       pigment                the pulse of breath

 

 

                                                                               :

 

 

                                                                             sea

 

                                                          { currents     :     shadows }

 

 

                                                                 ‘what water desires’

 

 

                                                                               :

 

 

                                    thirst entwined

 

 

         the typhoon i was                          the texture of it

 

                                                                                        knotted into  wind
